i need ideas. . .

So, as we all know, I've been wanting to branch out into photography a bit more, mainly focusing on humans. . .Yes indeed. . But, I have two problems. .
1: a lack of ideas
2: a lack of assertiveness
. . .I got the chance to work with three of my friends recently (within the last two days) and since I have no ideas, I am not telling them what to do. . One of the girls has modeled a bit before and she told me to be assertive, push her into a position, tell her where to look, what to think of, that kind of thing. . .I just can't seem to do that.
Bahh. . .So anyways. . anyone who could give me an idea would be remembered forever and adored by me. . .nice incentive, huh?
